Showroom Sales Advisor (CAS/TTS)


JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking to expand our showroom team with another sales advisor!

This is a customer facing role, with a few different responsibilities. Greeting customers and being their first point of contact in our showroom. Discussing what their needs are, and advising them on products to suit. Our showroom offers a massive range of products from car audio & security solutuons, to performance and styling parts like wheels, carbon fibre, and exhausts. 

This role also involves being a contact for any customers with vehicles booked in for installations. From providing quotes in the showroom, booking in vehicles on our workshop calendar system, to vehicle handovers when customers drop off/collect vehicles.

Full product training can be provided, but previous customer facing sales experience is essential.

ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Assist customers on the showroom floor and give product demos where available.
  • Answer customer phone calls and provide pre and post sales support.
  • Reply to customer emails and update customers on the status of their orders, if products werent in-stock at the time, or are special order items.
  • Act as a liaison between our workshop and customers, for vehicles that are booked in for installation. 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Previous retail or customer facing experience essential.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Passion for cars is ideal but not required.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • 5 day week / Store hours: 9:30am-6:30pm Monday-Saturday
  • Based in Hayes, West London, UB3
  • On-site free car parking
  • Competitive salary depending on experience
