The unique rectangular form provides 20% more cone surface area than a regular 6x9, resulting in greater air movement and increased bass response. The QB69 remain one of the most sought after speakers on today's car audio market.

The cone has 20% more surface area than conventional 6x9 speakers which results in greater air movement, this in turn leads to a dramatically increased bass response. The cone itself is an engineering master piece - The 3D braced and reinforced design is made from Injection molded Polypropylene (IMPP) this produces an ultra stiff cone that stabilises the rectangular shape.

A subwoofer motor structure is used to power the ultra stiff rectangular IMPP cone which is suspended in a radically designed light grey butyl rubber suspension surround to produce precise lateral cone movements, delivering low to no distortion and clean PowerBass™.
The crossover is precisely attuned to the exact specifications of the speaker, finished in a compact package the crossover is easily hidden away or would look equally neat on display.

Exceptional midrange performance of these speakers is produced by the oversized aluminium tweeter diaphragm which allows an ultra extended high frequency response.

Oversized terminal posts with screw down clamps make it possible to fit larger speaker cable directly to the tinsel wires.

A new revised and unique grill design makes the speakers a much more attractive choice; the new grill protects the speaker whilst showcasing their unique attributes and styling.
